FAQs: Attending Your Live Course

    1.    How do I access the live lecture?

​

    •    The live session is hosted on Zoom—

         no website interaction is required to join.

    •    Simply check your registration confirmation email or ticket for the Zoom link and access details.

         Can't find it? Email us: vetonitce@gmail.com

    •    For registered site members: You can log in to the website to view all event details,  including the Zoom link, course materials, and more.

    2.    Are the course materials required?

    •    No, materials are optional and serve as additional resources.

    •    You can participate in the live session without these materials.

    •    Materials are also available for later review

    3.    Where can I find the course materials and live lecture recording?

    •    All course materials and live lecture recording will be emailed to you within 3 hours of the course ending.

    •    They will also be available in the Course Materials Group on the website for registered users.

    4.    What can I access on the website as a registered site and course  member?

    •    Enrolled site members will see:

    •    Complete event details (including Zoom access information).

    •    Downloadable course materials

    •    Access to on-demand content including the lecture  recording after the live session.

Note: This area is password-protected to prevent public viewing  and requires you to be both a registered site member and enrolled  in the course.

    5.    When will I receive my Certificate of Completion?

    •    Certificates are automatically generated after the live course

    •    For classes with more than 50 attendees, please allow up to 1  hour for processing.

​

    6.    Do I need to take the quiz to get my certificate?

    •    No, if you attended the live session, you do not need to take the quiz to receive your certificate.

    •    The quiz is only required for those accessing the course on- demand.

    7.    Can I get the course materials in a different format?

    •    Yes, we’re happy to help!
